regenerating our connection to identity and consumption
ephemeral erasure: Honour’s in Design Graduate Collection & System design
overview
EPHEMERAL ERASURE is a circular system aimed to shift our relationship with clothing. It explores the connection between identity and consumption, creating a relational context through regenerative, slow and circular design methods to combat the current linear economic model.
goal
Create a solution to the cultural paradigm’s connection with ever-changing identity alignment and consumption rates. Build connection to the users current materials through reflection and analysis of their own identity, needs and design capabilities.

outcome
My interpretation of this system is a self reflection on my own image. Using my own ephemera to create a renewed selection of clothing that reflects my aesthetics, experiences and values. As part of this collection, a full brand identity has been created alongside font, ephemera, clothing and the systematic design.
